Abigail Bach, Vice President of Program Strategy and Business Development
Abigail Bach joined Edify as the Vice President of Program Strategy and Business Development in August 2013. She spent the previous seven years working for Opportunity International and comes to Edify with a strong background in microfinance. She is fluent in French and specializing in Francophone Africa for Edify.
Anthony Bruster, Director of Strategic Initiatives
Anthony Bruster is Edify’s Director of Strategic Initiatives. Before joining Edify, Anthony served as Vice President of Corporate Development with Family Legacy Missions International, an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of orphans in Zambia, Africa.
Courtney Leach, Director of Edification and Philanthropy
Courtney Leach is a Director of Edification and Philanthropy for Edify. Prior to joining the Edify team, Courtney worked in Development and Alumni Relations for Harvard University, where she gained valuable fundraising experience. Prior to working at Harvard, Courtney was on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ for four years.
Steve Soars, Director of Edification and Philanthropy
Steve Soars joined Edify as a Director of Edification and Philanthropy in October 2014. Steve comes to Edify with a strong background in International Development. Prior to Edify, Steve served with Iris Global for six years. From 2008-2012 Soars lived in Pemba, Mozambique where he founded and built a vocational training school that serves hundreds of impoverished youth, teaching them practical job skills, entrepreneurship and English language skills.
Scott Rhoades, Director of Edification and Philanthropy
Scott Rhoades joined Edify as a Director of Edification and Philanthropy in September of 2015. Prior to joint the Edify team, Scott served on Young Life staff in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area for twelve years in various roles from area director to development director. He helped spearhead the growth of various ministries, specifically latino and special needs ministries in the DFW area.
Jeremy Rodgers, Director of Edification and Philanthropy
Jeremy Rodgers joined Edify in August of 2015. He brings along a wealth of experience in international development and administration. Prior to Edify, Jeremy served as President/COO of an international non-profit tasked with combating child sex trafficking and orphan care in Africa and Asia.
